Hello!
My name is Dr. Noah Izzat /IS-at/. I’m a Leadership Psychologist who specializes in building productive group dialogue.
Whether working for a 5-person non-profit or a Fortune 500 company, my 20+ year career has been devoted to understanding how a productive leadership dialogue is built by a group of people working together to achieve extraordinary results.
As a member of the core faculty team at Northwood University’s graduate program, I teach the subjects of Critical Thinking, Leadership, and Marketing. I also serve on several dissertation committees and teach for our doctoral program.

Approach
My research embraces a social constructionist approach to relational leadership dialogue. In simple terms, how a team builds a productive leadership conversation together.
A productive leadership dialogue is not formed overnight. A series of structured conversations intentionally positioned throughout the year provide you and your team the opportunity to construct the awareness, adjustment, and adaptability required for leadership to occur.
A leadership dialogue will thrive when the social space is organized in a manner that enables individuals to
Practice sharing their observations.

Program
My private practice offers a 12-month Leadership Development Program designed to boost the dialogue of your team. During monthly team sessions and personalized coaching, your team will reset their priorities, seek intentional ways to foster commitment, and help one another through anticipated change and unexpected challenge.

This 12-month leadership development program offers the space for productive dialogue to occur in three ways:
Practice
Short, monthly team sessions provide your team with the space to learn a new leadership language together.
Interactive discussions and games allow your team the chance to test out a new approach to constructing a leadership dialogue.
Check
Each program participant receives a 1-hour coaching session each month for focused work on identified leadership development goals.
Quarterly quizzes and reflection exercises give participants a chance to check their comprehension of the program content.
Define
At the end of each quarterly cycle, participants share what is working and what is not working in structured listening sessions.
A monthly update meeting with executive sponsors creates an additional layer of accountability and transparency in the direction of the leadership development process.
